Your name, phone, and business logo on approval requests
Every approval request shows your business name. If you add your name, phone, and a logo in Settings, those show too -- so your customer immediately recognizes who is asking and how to reach you.
What your customer sees
The approval email and the approval page both show your business name at the top. If you have saved your name in Settings, a "Sent by" line appears with your name -- and your phone number as a tap-to-call link, if you added one. Your logo, if uploaded, appears next to your business name on both.
Add or update your name and phone
In Settings > Account & Security, under Your profile, enter your name (required) and phone (optional), then Save profile. Your phone is only ever shown to customers you send an approval request to -- leave it blank to keep it off your emails entirely.
Add or replace your business logo
In Settings > Business, under Business logo, choose Upload logo (or Replace logo if you already have one). JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, up to 15 MB. Logo actions need two-factor authentication enabled on your account first -- if you have not set it up yet, this section shows a short enroll prompt instead of the upload button. It appears on every approval email and page you send from then on -- past sends are not changed.
Remove your logo
Under Settings > Business > Business logo, choose Remove logo. Future approval requests show your business name alone, exactly as before you added one.
What happens next
Send a fresh approval request to see your current name, phone, and logo exactly as your customer will.
