OuttaScope

Past due, canceled, and reactivating

Your subscription state is shown plainly in Settings, with a matching explanation of what it means for your workspace.

Past due

A renewal payment failed -- usually an expired card. You keep full access for a 3-day grace period from the end of the paid period. Fix the payment method in Manage billing and the subscription recovers automatically when Stripe confirms the payment; there is nothing extra to click in OuttaScope. If the 3 days pass with no successful payment, your workspace stops accepting new or edited work (a stricter, temporary lockout, not the same as the Free-plan fallback below) until Stripe resolves the subscription -- fixing the card unlocks it again immediately.

Canceled or paused

The paid subscription ended. Your workspace does not lock -- it falls back to the Free plan, and every existing record, export, and already-sent approval link keeps working. Free's 2 lifetime sends are shared across your whole workspace history, not reset by cancelling, so if you already used them before or during your paid period, new sends stay blocked on Free until you start a new plan. Starting a new plan from Settings restores unlimited sends and your prior seat count immediately.

Reactivation is automatic

As soon as Stripe confirms the payment went through, unlimited access is restored automatically. No support ticket needed.

What happens next

If Settings shows a state that does not match what Stripe's portal shows, give it a minute -- then contact support if it persists.
