Free plan limits and what happens after
The Free plan is not a trial -- there is no clock and nothing expires. It includes 2 customer approval sends total, for the life of your workspace, at no cost and with no credit card.
What Free includes
The Settings screen shows your live usage -- how many of your 2 free approval sends you have used. That count comes from your workspace's own record of what was actually sent, not from a guess. Capturing extras, editing drafts, and viewing your existing records are never limited -- only sending a 3rd approval request is.
What counts against the limit
A send counts the first time a distinct extra is successfully sent to your customer. Resending the same extra, or replacing its link with a fresh one, does not count again. Reviewing, editing a draft, and recording a customer's decision never count. There is no reset -- the 2 sends are for the life of the workspace.
When you reach the limit
Sending a 3rd approval is stopped with a clear message pointing you to a plan. Creating new extras, editing drafts, exports, already-sent approval links, and resending a request you have already sent all keep working.
Choosing a paid plan
There are four plans, each with unlimited sends: Free (1 seat, 2 lifetime sends, no cost), Solo ($29 CAD/month or $290 CAD/year, 1 seat), Crew ($59 CAD/month or $590 CAD/year, up to 5 seats), and Team ($99 CAD/month or $990 CAD/year, up to 10 seats). All OuttaScope subscription prices are in CAD regardless of your workspace's own currency setting. Checkout runs through Stripe from the Plan & Billing tab in Settings and bills immediately -- there is no trial period on a paid plan. Paid access unlocks the moment the payment is confirmed.
