The approval link expired or will not open
Approval links are deliberately short-lived and single-purpose. When one stops working, the fix is always the same: send a fresh one.
Links expire after 14 days
An unanswered link goes dead after 14 days so a stale price cannot be approved months later. The extra itself is untouched -- only the link expired.
A revision revokes old links
If you revised the price while a link was out, the old link was revoked on purpose. The customer must decide on the current price, never a superseded one.
One decision per link
Once a decision is recorded, the link's job is done. A customer who wants to change their answer needs a new request from you -- decisions are never silently overwritten.
Send a fresh link
On the Extras screen, open the extra's Approval link, then choose Replace active link and confirm. Replacing disables the old link and creates a new private link you can text, email, or copy. The raw link is only visible while you are on that screen, so share it before you navigate away. Replacing a link for the same price does not count against your Free-plan's 2 lifetime sends.
What happens next
The extra's status resets to Sent ยท awaiting view for the fresh link.
