Reading the Today screen
Today is the first screen after sign-in. It lists your extras with their live status and shortcuts for the most common next action.
Status labels
Today only lists extras that still need your attention -- Draft, Waiting on customer, Revised, or Approved · needs billing -- so once something is billed, paid, declined, or voided it drops off this list. Draft means only you can see it. Waiting on customer covers both a link the customer has not opened yet and one they have opened but not decided on -- once the 14-day window runs out with no decision, that same row instead reads Expired · needs a new link. Revised · was approved, needs new decision or Revised · was declined, needs new decision means the price changed after your customer's last answer, so it needs a fresh one. Approved · needs billing means the customer said yes and it is not on an invoice yet. Quick actions
Each row offers its most useful next step -- for example Send for a draft, or Mark billed for an approved extra. The full set of actions lives on the Extras screen.
Customer requests
When a customer uses "Request another change" from their approval link, it appears here as its own Customer requests card -- not mixed into your extras list, since it is only a request until you act on it. Create Extra makes a draft with a $0 placeholder price and takes you straight to the Send screen -- go price it first from Extras > Revise price, or you risk sending your customer a real $0 approval request (which still counts as a send on the Free plan). Close dismisses it without creating one. The card disappears once you have done either.
What happens next
When a status looks wrong, open the extra on the Extras screen -- the full history, including price revisions and prior decisions, is there.
